Don't know whether to laugh or cry.. The information emerging now that the investigating agencies are relying on CCTV footage captured by cameras installed by public (for their own security). There's no Govt. installed CCTV footage. Why would there be if there's not Govt. installed cameras in the high security area. There was an ambetious plan to install cameras in minimum 120 locations in Delhi by the ned of 2010 (in preparation of CW Games) but Babus struck the idea down to have a "pilot project" of only 35 cameras of which only 25 cameras were linked to a central control room with real time monitoring. If yuo compare this with the Bangkok incident on the same day, the security agencies there were able to identify 3 people using their CCTV footage.. I'm now expecting Lungidhari Chidu Mama to quickly arrange an interview with Barkha Dutt to rubbish everything, brush aside any criticism, blame the 'saffron terror' groups and convey, in a helpless fashion' that Indians shouldn't complain about anything and should only count themselves lucky..
