No. We don't have a replacement for him as a captain. He is the best to be a captain currently in the Indian team. But he is still far from being an excellent captain.

He should be replaced simply because we are loosing matches mainly due to his captaincy. I think the team is de-motivated even before entering the ground. With his bizarre, stubborn decisions which have no basis on proper thinking but only on instinct he is harming Indian team. And no one dares to question him Cos he is DHONI. If we are going to lose anyway why not lose under Virat Kohli or Gambhir
