Even Vinay has touched 140 now but it does not mean he is a fast bowler until he sustains the pace. It is the average pace which makes a bowler fast bowler not peak pace. Hilfenhaus lacked in this regard which he has covered up now. He can bowl consistently quick now which he was not able to do before.
