Poor nballa thinks Virat is calling all that to him. :hysterical::hysterical:
actually when he shouts those words on national TV he is pretty much saying that to the whole nation so yes.

Kapil's 175 is probably the best LOI innings played by an Indian. Kohli's knock would be amongst top 3 for sure. I would say ahead of others and rank at 2nd. Mostly because it was against a quality attack, chasing a large total at a brisk pace and at large grounds. There are many great innings played by Indian batsmen but this one pips everyone else to the post.
Quality attack :hysterical::hysterical:,When did kulasekera, hearth, perara, become quality ,That too on a flat pitch and the ground is actually one of the smallest in australia side boundaries were 75 yards or so ,Yes the innings was good but thats it.

One MCG straight boundary was 56 meters on which Herath hit top edge six of Pattinson. Hobart is one of the biggest ground in Australia, bigger than Perth and Gabba. Adelaide has very short square boundaries, 55 meters. Pitch was flat but it was for everyone and don't forget the target which was needed to be chased. Pressure of target is enough for you, over 8 RPO, how many times you have seen 8 RPO chased in a 50 over ODI match. Regarding quality of bowling, Kula is a skillful bowler and was no. 1 some time back in ODIs, but look at what happened to Malinga, and the same bowling attack did not Aussies chase 239 yesterday, so attack cannot be called bad, same attack did not let us chase 237 at Adelaide which ended in tie. I think when Kapil scored 175 against Zimbabwe, was Zimbabwe attack any good then? I dont think Kapil's innings is called great because he faced a great attack, attack was not great, but it is called great because of the situation he found himself in and he rose to that situation.

it was response to lurkers post ,Point was we have 75 yards boundaries in india also,The square boundaries were short which helped as i said some people are comparing it to be top 3 hundred by indian batsman which is far fetched,Pressure was off more or less off as we knew we were most probably going to go home and every body hit out . We have hammered srilankans before and malinga too and kula is not even half the bowler on flat pitches. Every time somebody scores a great hundred people just compare it to be the best which is wrong. Malinga record is pretty bad against india in odis averaging 42 unfiltered 2004-2012 112 309 56 7.92 0 181 6/38 25.52 5 16 0 Profile filtered 2004-2012 23 39 13 6.50 0 26 2/21 42.53 0 3 0 Some people watch too much IPL.

But boundaries were not scored on square boundaries, most runs and 4s came through fine leg, covers, and straight boundaries and even then only one square boundary was short and that too was over 60 meters. In India, we do not have 75 yard boundaries and 75 yard boundary is not short by any means.. short was 56 meter that was yesterday at MCG.. Only Mohali and Nagpur have decent enough boundaries in India. All Australian grounds are bigger than India's in total area, but all have one or two short boundaries. All boundaries are not big even in Aus ground. In India, we mainly have 60-65 yard boundaries in most grounds. Adelaide has short square boundaries around 55 meters, Brisbane has short straight boundary around 60 meter or less, Melbourne had one straight boundary 56 meter. Most of the Aussie grounds have undergone revamp which lead the shorten boundaries. Regarding pressure, how pressure was off, they knew they still has chance to reach final. They were not completely out of the race to finals, but being their last game helped them playing freely which they were not doing before and if it was no pressure game then it was for everyone, but only Kohli stayed long and batted aggressively. Viru, SRT, Gambhir could not continue their onslaught for long. It is not easy to score 8 an over for that long in any condition.

Nagpur,Dy patil, all are pretty big.In these type of situations you know there is one way and that is to go for broke,I said pressure was off as we had nothing to lose and our fate was out of our hands .As i said great innings but not top 3 by any means.the bowling attack is loved by indians.

Most of our ODIs are played on grounds which have small boundaries like Bangalore, Jaipur, Rakkot, Indore, Gwaliar, Motera, Wankhede, Eden, Kanpur, Kotla, Vishakhapatnam, Katak, Guvahaati. All have 55-65 meter boundaries.

I am not saying that. I am saying chasing 321 in 37 overs has not happened before. It was the fastest chase to an over 300 runs target in the history and that innings was certainly one of the top innings from any Indian batsman in ODIs.

With the way odis are going with powerplays and flat pitches with 2 new balls we will more such scores,Nowadays on flat pitches 300 is par,we have hammered srilanka attack so much when i watch i feel any score is chaseble against them.Yes its one of the great innings but top 3 i do not agree more so as it did not save us.

Agree with most apart from Sehwag 200 and Sachin 200, were flattest tracks and tiny grounds.

Yaar jo bhi ho wc final me kiya.
yes it was good innings but top 5 don know i rate gambhir's inning much higher also virat's hundred > tendulkar's hundred in cb series final.. yes over all performance was better he performed in both finals and won us the game but this was near impossible situation..there was hell of a pressure ,if u think there was no pressure then this shows how much he dominated them :D 320 inside 40 overs if u think thats normal now a days then i have nothing to say..it only happened once before and then too there was no real pressure on team to play like that..
