In the last few years he has played very important innings under pressure in both ODIs and Tests. True...Can't say same about his bowling though...wait wasn't Bhajji in the team as our lead spinner
adi B Posted March 11, 2012 Posted March 11, 2012 In ODIs 2003 world cup side. Zak , Srinath and Nehra (in prime form) with Bhajji/Kumble. SRT , the greatest ever ODI bat in full flow with RD , Ganguly , Yuvi and Sehwag. But they had to compete with all time great Aussies . +1
adi B Posted March 11, 2012 Posted March 11, 2012 in tests i have to say the indian team which toured england nd aus in that 2007-08 season was very good.. our buddhas were at their prime, only dravid struggled a bit, the openers, dont know how scored runs, although jaffer was a class act, both dk nd jaffer used to repsect the new ball which we rarely see gambo nd viru do now... zak,sree,rp were young nd in terrific form +kumble was there so that was a good side tbh
