Poll results are always there regardless of the fact whether you voted or not. I always check poll results and hardly vote. In my opinion, oral, vaginal or @n@l sex done forcefully constitutes "rape" but anything less than that should be just called sexual assault. I doubt Hinds raped her, it was probably a sexual assault at max. Rape is when someone forces another person to have sex against their will. Sexual assault is being forced or pressured to take part in sexual activity including unwanted touching, 'sexting' (texting sexual images), being forced to watch or be involved in pornography or sexual bullying.
