Like someone said in this forum, they will announce a PPL and when no foreign players sign up, they will say a 'third' country is behind all this. Even in the middle East, without Indian interest, there will not be too many spectators on the ground. In UAE, most of the Pakistanis are daily wage workers, taxi drivers etc and they will not forego one day's work to watch a PPL match. Even on Fridays many of them work half-day. So PPL will have to rely on TV audience. Anyway no Arab is going to invest money unless he gets good returns on it
