No amount of awareness , education can change certain mindsets.The only way to stop people doing such dastardly things by creating a sense of fear among the people with respect to breaking the law. For that law-enforcement has to be improved. It is obvious that the root of every social problem in India can be traced to one word - CORRUPTION
