My point was that 60+ is not young. Sure one can say that he is "relatively" younger than Advani or other previous PMs, but after 60-65 you are old. Period. And what was your point?

I may be referred to as "young" when compared to 60 year old gentlemen, but cannot be termed the same when compared to teenagers. Since you brought up the age of Narendra Modi, I just wanted to point out the average age of the Prime Minister of India in the last 2 decades and relatively speaking, Modi is fairly young for the job.

Where a radical new thinking can be expected to bring about a change. Propounding someone who is 60+ as young, irrespective of the fact that he is younger than previous incumbents is disingenuous. At that age he or someone else might bring about a lot of things, but the youth factor is no longer there. And no, don't take this as a vote for Rahul Gandhi, because the only thing he has going for him is his age, perhaps.

Vajpayee did a lot of good things and a couple of great things as well. That does not mean those things were inspired by his young age. As I clearly stated in my previous post,
