As I said before, this year congress has handed over victory to BJP already on a platter. Even congress fan boys are fed up of them (including me). Only people who can defeat BJP is BJP itself. It seems to be making a great progress over that

I too mentioned that it is most likely to be Baba Modi ke bhakts. 'Pappu' fans calling to abuse and hate the site owner for a website on Narendra Modi - that's some unique kaanspiracy! It's time to shut shop and own up. :winky:
Why? anything is possible in India. Do you remmeber the 'thread' , where you posted its good Modi saved people , but sad it was done based on region :winky: ?

and on top of that we have Modi who is so keen to give more ammunition to the Cong with every remark - be it about puppies or burqa. The only thing these remarks seem to be doing till now is to make sure that Congress' vote banks remain intact.

this is off topic' date=' but i heard ravi shankar prasad could be BJP CM candidate from Delhi and not Vijay Goel?[/quote'] IIRC Rajanth Singh said something like "Goel won't be the CM candidate" a few months ago. The names doing the rounds are Smriti Irani, Ravi Shankar Prasad etc. I guess BJP would have to look for someone from outside (Prasad, Irani etc) because none of the state BJP leaders look good enough to be the CM candidate. Also heard rumors that Congress will be projecting Ajay Maken because people in Dilli are just fed up of Sheila Dixit and Congress realizes this. Maken, with his clean image, might be a strong challenger to the BJP.

well the reason for prasad is because he is from purvanchal... so BJP can tap into Delhi's migrant labour votebank. there is an article in DNA which says, it will be him most likely.

Sure - just like Modi being complicit in the 2002 riots, right? We are on the same page finally. :two_thumbs_up:

Read somewhere that he's doing this intentionally to polarize the electorate. Also he thinks that by constantly making him target, Congress and other parties are making him more popular, making him the only popular leader in BJP, and projecting him as the PM candidate. He thinks that by doing this, and also raising the 'Ram Mandir' issue, he and ofcourse BJP will win loads of seats.... BJP was never a 'one man party'. This chewtiya has managed to do that... :hatsoff:

But rumors about Prasad's name are stronger and he would be a pretty good candidate IMO. If Kejriwal doesn't take away BJP's vote share then BJP should win there easily.

Congress is banking on that to come to power because of Kejriwal's appeal to middle-class voters.

He's destroyed BJP at an important time.. I'm pretty angry at him... Pretty selfish man... I'm hoping that his man Friday (Shah) gets in dock again as pretty damning audio clips of telephone conversation has surfaced which in turn check this rampaging bull who is hell bent in destroying BJP and imposing himslef on the party...

polarize toh honge lekin woh log joh BJP ko vote nahi dete hain :(( I don't remember the last time a leader was so clueless about the ground realities because of his delusions of leading his party to a stunning victory and then being PM. that IMO is the biggest problem with his elevation. He has to realzie that he just cannot fight a General Election in India all alone.

without him, BJP would do well to even reach their 2009 figure of 116 seats with advaniji :phehehe:

yeah. For all of Kejriwal's agenda against corruption, it looks like he might very wel be the reason for Congress' winning in Dilli again

I think the problem is something else.. I think he knows, he'll be in pretty deep shyte very soon and hence wants to be 'in control' of his destiny, party be damned...
