To be honest over rated. Decent keeper no more, never kept to any decent spinner standing up but not all that when standing up, Batting was gutsy but no more. Used to fail loads and no class in batting. Loyal and determined servant for SA so kudos there.

Don't Joke Buddy .. He was awesome .. Did you watch him from 1997 to 2004.. he was class and it was not his mistake that Saffers didnot have a decent spinner. He kept pretty well against most bowlers and set the standards very high and for a long time.

Exactly - IDK why is it Boucher's mistake that SA didn't have spinners.

Unrelated but does anyone remember the 96/97 tour when Dave Richardson stumped Venky Prasad in Cape Town? The guy was on top of the world and it wasn't because they won the test but because it was his first stumping in tests and he made his debut in 1992!
