An idea for you guys for the draft... set a 2 hr window where all of you have to be available and then set a time of 2-3 mins for each pick - just like what people do for playing online games. Else this thing will drag on for weeks. Sorry, but you will have to find some time when all the draftees are online at the same time.

nope, i havent mentioned anything regarding the retired thing, so yes you can even pick ganguly :D and coming to the point of 2 hour window, i dont think its strictly possible, so once a user has picked his team , i am pming the next team user to select his team within a stipulated time wherein I am considering the possibility that a user may not be online all the time So , i dont think this is gonna frag for weeks and by weekend if we dont finish a good portion of drafting, I will surely make some changes to quicken things up. Overall, good going guys :D You can even select retired players if they played 30 ODIS after 1 Jan 2000
