Part of Hard drive missing

Messed up on the partitioning. Out of the 250GB only about 85GB showing. How do I recover the rest? Some FDISK thing? BTW using Win7

Check whether it shows 250 GB in disk management or not. You can create a new partition from portion that was not partitioned using disk management.
