Abortion based on sex has to be stopped. I fail to see what part of that is difficult to understand.
The part where people are equating Abortion (irrespective of gender) as murder?

Taking away the right not to have the child from a woman is a very slippery slope. If she is forced to go through pregnancy for the sake of the child...then what? Don't let women with children file for divorce because it may not be good for the children.Then what? Women not allowed to leave joint family homes because being with the larger family is considered good for the child.Then what? Woman with children not to work for the sake of children. In an unequal world...women need to hold on to every single right they have while fighting for the ones they don't have. It seems unfair to the poor child but life for a lot of woman is far from fair. How about putting some of the blame for the pregnancy on the guy who is equally responsible for the unwanted pregnancy.The day this man can take up the fair share of blame,physical pain and psychological scars of dealing with the situation is the day people can ask such questions. Personally I have zero respect for people who do not take their responsibility in birth control seriously irrespective of gender..Shameless , irresponsible and sad excuse of a human being. How about penalizing the father for every abortion?May be that will help.:tounge_smile:

I am all for giving the woman her rights but penalizing in this manner does not help. Birth control is not 100% perfect and sometimes it happens. This penalty should come with certain qualifications. Without qualifications it is dangerous.

I am completely and totally on-board. The father is responsible financially, emotionally and socially for every pregnancy, every fetus, every child - as much as the mother. He should be required to pay for the abortion if it is rape or incest. He should be required to pay for the upkeep of the pregnancy, financial burden resulting from the pregnancy and the child if he is a consensual partner.
