You are right but his fitness is NOT...........ZAk is not fit enuf to play a single test and he was kinda forced to play in the last test series even umesh out performed him all the way as a fast bowler.

Which recent Test matches in Sri Lanka are you talking about? We only toured there for an ODI series in 2012.

We only toured there for an ODI series in 2012. yes I mean he was not super fit in australia and was an under performer keeping his standards and even in ODI's against Lanka - his performance was just average...........IN short he has under performed after his fitness recovery in england. with his Skill set right being the best if he is FIT enuf , he shud easily out perform all fast bowlers - in australia Umesh outbowled him and even favourable conditions could not make him a hero...knowing ZAK..at his best he would have taken a fifer in each test in australia..........atleast ine one innings out of the two.

I also saw a ODI in india it was INDIA vs NZ if my memory serves me right.....ZAk came and got the first wicket on the first or second ball of the match and he started off at full throttle probably at 135 K or even higher and got the first wicket in forst or second ball itself , i was trying to settle and get my seat when he had got the first wicket........ he is a DEMON , a Complete DEVIL with his big n powerful Built and at 136 to 144kk+ pace + Swing+ a POWER BALL that he bowls at the mid of the pitch and rises to bcom a genuine Bouncer= he bcomes a deadly bowler at the start with the NEW BALL. But even in that ODI bhajji was pulling his fielding skills as he missed a catch and he was even good in his second spell in the ODI- that was the day when he was Fully Fit. A Fully Fit ZAK is a Guranteed Success........a Fully fit ZAK willl surely get one or 2 break through's in his first 5 to 6 overs in a ODI.........it is virtually Impossible to face him as he is a 140 K fast bowler with inswing and outswing at left arm ...these r too Complicated things to face + he also has a power Ball which is very tuf to guess and it rises upto the batsman's shoulders. I mean a Fully Fit or even a 90% fit ZAK gurantees a Good start from a Fast Bowling perspective - even a warner and watson cannot handle him - i can say that as I have seen by my own eyes. i can easily make out that he is unfit or 50 % fit as a fully fit zak bowls between 136 to 145K where as now he is bowling between 127k to 135K.

I truly believe that ZAk wud have had a strike rate as good as 30 or under 30 in australia......if he was at his best fitness

vishalvirsingh Posted October 9, 2012 Posted October 9, 2012 Jst see siddle had a 32 strike rate and hify 37.......Zak is a better bowler than both at Full fitness for sure......Skills swing and at full fitness zak is 137 to 145K atleast in australia....I was hoping zak wud be the best bowler and Umesh wud also be good. Umesh was good when he bowled Ricky pointing and zak also got few but he ws never unplayable where Umesh was unplayable at times
