After thrashing Hyderabad and Bengal, they could only get three against Railways, but now have swept past second-paced Saurashtra, winning by eight wickets. Karan Goel's unbeaten 75 takes them home. They are 23 points now, next best is six so far. Even if they don't get a single point in the remaining four round, they should qualify for the quarter-finals.

1.10pm Bengal bowled out for 299 That gives Madhya Pradesh the first-innings lead and possibly three points, as there doesn't seem to be enough time left for an outright result in this match. Need a batting collapse or two for that to happen. Ishwar Pandey gets five wickets, he had six in the first innings in the previous match. Wicketkeeper Naman Ojha takes five catches in the innings.

Ishwar Pandey also looks to be a good prospect.

might be if it is not too serious. Robin Bist is another option. I like this guy. he played Ishant, Umesh, Ojha, Harmeet very comfortably in Irani trophy, not a big strokemaker, but a grafter like Pujara.

Mohit Sharma has the lowest strike rate, has bowled well for Haryana, though they still do not have a single point yet. Sandeep Sharma and Siddarth Kaul have really emerged as well. Though all these three have bowled in better bowlign friendly conditions of north and they have used them well.
