Manny_Pacquiao Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 they havent bowled badly, in fact ojha has bowled brilliantly throughout the series that pietersen innings was unbelievable though. how do you stop a batsman like that when he gets going, its impossible. pace or spin, he just kills anything. flattened steyn and co. in england, played that amazing innings in colombo and now he has played another blinder against india. i thought he would get out whenever he attempted a big shot, but he always got it off again and again. this innings has turned the game around completely the only criticism i would make is on their speed, i think they bowled a touch slower and gave a bit too much air. the english bowled a bit quicker and got more out of the pitch
The Outsider Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 The spinners were neutered to an extent by Dhoni's mind boggling field placings and captaincy. To spread the field out on a turning wicket against Pietersen and Cook is asking for trouble.
