1. A 1-1 result will light up the series going into Eden Gardens, which will feature heavy support for India as well as for England by the Barmy Army. For the sake of the ground, hope it's another closely fought test such as this one. 2. Team India will finally stop coasting during home series, and the players and the media will be forced to take home test matches seriously, increasing the value of test cricket for the general public. In this regard and direction, stragglers like Yuvraj Singh and Zaheer Khan may finally be shown the door. 3. The Australian series will be hyped, with a resurgent Clarke leading his team into India. That will be another cracker of a 4-test series.

Give me one good reason why you mentioned Zak's name there? He did really well in both Tests though he din't pick much wickets. Sachin, Yuvraj and Dhoni needs to be shown the door. FTBs!

Bhajji has solid backing. He'll continue to be the 3rd spinner, till we discover a new guy who's gonna take truckloads of quality wickets in Ranji. And there's no one who's doing the same presently.

Half the Barmy Army is leaving on Tuesday.
Heard they've asked for 10k tickets at Kolkata.
Give me one good reason why you mentioned Zak's name there? He did really well in both Tests though he din't pick much wickets.
His bowling is economical but he rarely takes wickets - and that's a problem, not a sidestep.

On a pitch for the spinners, you want Zaheer Khan to pick 5-wicket halls? In Australia, he was India's leading wicket taker. I'm not sure what you are talking about.

Dhoni will come and say We batted very well in the first innings when pitch was turning and scored 300, after that when we bowled it was really flat and it's tough task for bowlers to bowl on such flat pitch, specially Bhajji. I don't even want to look at such a pitch. From next time I want pitches which don't turn and bounce and remain flat, but only when we bat. When we bowl I want it to turn from ball one. Because this is what home advantage is.

Good fight expected in Eden. The Eden curator is not a gullible man, and Dhoni has a fight with him after every match. The curator believes in his brand of sporting (seamer-friendly) pitches, and Dhoni hates those. Now the curator has asked for written instructions from BCCI, in case he has to create a square turner. Lots of nautanki on our way. :cantstop:
