My current boss is probably one of the best ones I have ever had. Yeah he is one of rare breed- approachable and direct/honest :two_thumbs_up:

velu Posted December 19, 2012 Posted December 19, 2012 i am in middle of the transition between individual contributor/lead to team manager ( onsite co-ordinator to be precise ) :P filled my self appraisal as handled my team for the first without any issues and gave myself above average rating :D my new manager is notorious for giving average/poor rating to most .. lets see
