The Indian excuse to not let a third party into these investigations is that they do not want to "internationalize" the issue. Well why the **** did you internationalize the 26?11 attacks as something the Pakistani government did. Why not let someone come and investigate this act ? Whats there to hide? ****ing liars
Abey half ticket how many times will your country live in denial your foreign minister agreed Kasab was a pakistani after many denials pakistanis are so cowards they sent terrorists to attack mumbai indirectly.Despite getting your butt kicked in four wars your country still dreams of defeating India which will never happen ab foot idhar se.

I am sorry but that is ridiculous. India has a functional judiciary system that may be slow and in occasion corrupt ( as is everything ultimately) but it has otherwise full credibility in investigating crimes both against the state and the individual. This is not the Pakistani or the Chinese judiciary we are talking of, which openly have played partisan politics and compromised its neutrality by failure to adhere to the basic concepts of a judicary. The Indian justice system is as credible as any out there. Asking independent investigation of a terrorist bombing in India is as assinine as saying each time there is a crime against state or a mass of people, we should investigate it beyond the scope of national jurisprudence. Ie, the height of ignorance and stupidity.

no its not. never heard they killed any indian drugg smugglers when smuggling drugs in bd.
because border forces tend to fire at people comming IN to your country, not to those who have already exited your country. Its the job of the Bangla border police to shoot the miscreants entering their soil, as it is the responsibility of the BSF to shoot miscreants entering ours.

What do you guys think about removing both indian and Pak troops from LOC and deploying UN troops to guard the region till a peaceful resolution is reached (even if it takes 100 years)....
Not a realistic solution. The problem is, who are going to be the UN force troops ? Japan ?Britain ? France ? German troops ? They won't touch it with a 10 foot pole. Russia, China, USA, etc. will all be rejected either by India or Pakistan due to strategic/national reasons. The rest of the UN peace corps is made up of troops from nations like Bangladesh, Indonesia, Nigeria & Brazil- all nations that are massively inferior in logistical and technological expertese than the Indians and the Pakistanis ( not so in Brazil vs Pakistan comparison, but true for all others). So, it becomes impractical, as ultimately, a less competent (materially and logistically) army that is proxied through the UN will fail to prevent military interference & exercise of effective control by Pak or Indian troops on ground.

Face it. The Indian establishment is a war-mongering piece of ****. You guys never wanted peace and never will
I am sorry, but this is horseshyte. In 1965 and 1999 you guys started the fighting and in 1971 had you guys not been moronic enough to cause a genocide in your own lands, which spilled into ours and forced us to do something about the flood of Bangladeshis (and the boiling anger of our own Bengalis at not doing something for their kindreds across the border), you wouldn't have gotten your hiney handed to you in 1971 either. Having said that, it is clearly, India that has already stated its clear objective to peace. We have said, very very clearly, that stop sponsoring terrorism against us and stop bothering us about Kashmir, which is LEGALLY AND TECHNICALLY OURS, and we have no problems whatsoever. Hell, we will even help you get on your feet if you guys can lay off the terrorism and fighting against us but you guys never will. Pakistanis need to understand one simple thing: kashmir was never theirs to begin with, they botched it and tactically got outmanuevered by India, they can still keep the third they stole from Kashmir and we still won't have any more problems. But the first problem is, Pakistan refuses to accept its own fault at handling the Kashmir situation in the first place and are just sore losers. Had you guys actually given the maharaja the time to hold the referendum (and then roasted him if he waffled), then Kashmir would've been yours. But no, your father-of-the-nation Jinnah saahb thought he would just attack the hindu king and force him to capitulate, all is hunky dory and the new country's pride would be restored. Little did he realize how right and wrong he would be- the hindu king did surrender, but not to him, instead to India. He had the legal right to aceede Kashmir to India, which he did. End of story, gg pakistan, you jumped the gun, got burned for it, now keep your worthless third of Kashmir. This is our offer, take it or leave it, and kindly remember, if you do choose to leave it, the end result is simple: ultimate destruction of Pakistan. For you guys are big fools if you think China will actually come to your rescue if you screw things up badly enough ( all China cares about you, is a strategic check on India, don't mistake that for actual value. If you guys mess things up badly, CHina will drop you like a hot potato, watch you burn and try to be better friends with Iran instead to do the job of being the strategic check on India). You don't have America as a buddy anymore, Russia will not go anti-India because of you guys and as such, the options are simple: peace or death.

Take back POK
Easier said than done. Look at the geography of PoK, the terrain favours heavily for Pakistan to control PoK (especially the Northern areas) from Kohistan-Chitral regions and even if China remains neutral, we will still take far higher casualties than Pakistanis trying to take back Pok. Even if we take it back, it would take years to connect Srinagar to Skardu/Gilgit etc. before the northern areas get overrun by Pakistanis from Kohistan anyways. IMO, barring minor changes here and there, the LoC is actually a good geo-strategic and natural boundary between India and Pakistan in that sector.

No, we shouldn't leave it like that- IMO, we should make it clear to Pak that we will recognize it as theirs if they recognize the rest as ours and that the best deal. I honestly don't know how we are going to go about acquiring the northern areas and keep it without taking out entire pakistan first ( and if we do, then its no point, we might as well take it all or none of it or other parts, etc). For it is definitely not tactially or strategically holdable for India.

Indeed, and as it should be. And India has never ever involved any third party or desired to involve any third party in the Kashmir situation, so kindly, do not make baseless accuastions. The ones we've employed third party, we've done so in good faith and in accordance to international law, such as determining the Kutch region boundary,trans- Indus water sharing rights, etc. Terrorism in Pakistan is a valid topic to involve third party action in, which has been India's intent all along, as terrorism is a plague in the world today and there are already powers out there willing to entertain notions of quashing them, so it is perfectly reasonable to try and involve anyone interested in irradicating terrorism in Pakistan, which is a confirmed case of both victim and propagator of terrorist activities.

Shocking! This sectarianism or just an anti government attack? Seriously what's going on in Pakistan?
Talibs are on the backfoot, things are going to get worse from here before they can become better so expect to see these kind of attacks in the future. Mofos need to be wiped out right now, its the perfect time. Their top-level commanders have been wiped out from drone attacks and they're leadership is in disarray. Two high level commanders ( including Hakimullah Mehsud, the head of the TTP) have offered to engage in peace talks, something that rarely or never happens. Shows they realise their actions are futile.

So what ? If you knew anything about the TTP, you'd know they are an umbrella group, a mixture of a bunch of different militant groups including Lashkar-e-Jhangvi. Violence against Shias is also on the Mehsud tribe's agenda anyways

This is what Bollywood does to the brain, there is no "deathmatch" son. An extremist is an extremist, it not Sunni Vs Shia as you're trying to make it out to be. No matter what Sunnis may think of Shias and vice versa, only an extremist does what they did yesterday, and they are being slowly pushed back. Also Sunni and Shia violence may have been there earlier but in an extremely low profile, only when the TTP have risen to prominence has it become much more mainstream On a different note, those trying to defend India " the peaceful nation ", just look at buddha Hazare's comments.
