Why is Yuvraj never considered for captaincy in ODIs and T20s?

India have been a pretty medoicre team in ODIs over the past few months too. And stripping the ODI and T20 captaincy from Dhoni might give him a break. The guy looks jaded and bereft of ideas. Like it or not we need him as test captain for alteast the next year. Kohli I dont think is ready.
