Saying that, with the state we are in we will probably lose cos of the pathetic way we are run from captain to fat president Aussies have no spinner, weak middle order etc etc They just dont have the quality of previous years
kubrickian Posted January 21, 2013 Posted January 21, 2013 It's all relative. Nothing much has changed from the Indian side which lost 2-1 to England. Openers, Sachin out of form, some important batsmen retired, Kohli, Pujara are still rookies and will be tested and bowling attack is also inexperienced and not that good. I will be happy to see a better performance from Indian side than what they did against England with the way things are at the moment.

But I can't defend many from this line-up at all. Clarke is the only class guy in there. Watson and Siddle have come here before and will do a job. The rest = Hughes, Khawaja, Cowan, etc. are well and truly rubbish and our noobs (Pujara, Kohli) are 15 times better than them.

Going to be sad to see us struggle against this tripe, truly depressing

The series result rests on Ashwin and Ojha (and Yadav if he is fit)'s bowling. Batting is in the doldrums and Australia has a quality pace attack.
