zakirdukebar27 Posted February 3, 2013 Posted February 3, 2013 I think it would be great for cricket and for all of us and a benefit to the grounds and ECB, if they arranged for a Pakistan and India series in England, A few twenty twentys and odi's. Could you just imagine the atmosphere and the excitement in these matches. EDGBASTON, OLD TRAFFORD, HEADINGLEY, OVAL. so why is it that they do not play here in england. We get one meeting of these two teams after nine years and everyones excited about it 8 months in advanced.
zakirdukebar27 Posted February 3, 2013 Author Posted February 3, 2013 I remember the meeting in old trafford 1999, it was incredible also. The pakistani support is huge up the north, the indian support is huge towards the south, not sure what happens when we talk about midlands. its a 50/50 zone lol
Zap_Brannigan Posted February 3, 2013 Posted February 3, 2013 last time the pak team was here, 3 players went to jail...they should play more in eng
zakirdukebar27 Posted February 3, 2013 Author Posted February 3, 2013 It don't mean, we should stop playing here. if India dont want to play em iin their turf, have a series here for the fans
ganeshran Posted February 3, 2013 Posted February 3, 2013 BCCI has clearly stated that it will not have a series on neutral turf and since Pakistan is not safe for playing cricket, PCB's best bet is to arrange Pak's home series in India like they do in the USA or England
zakirdukebar27 Posted February 3, 2013 Author Posted February 3, 2013 I could the decision not to play in pakistan but why do bcci not play in england, surely they Don't have a security comcern here do they. They just want everything there way even with the drsm
zakirdukebar27 Posted February 3, 2013 Author Posted February 3, 2013 Sorry for the incorrect spelling above my phone is playing up
goggi Posted February 3, 2013 Posted February 3, 2013 as long as giles clarke is ebc chairman, england will never host pakistan for neutral series against other countries. so forget india, pakistan won't even get a "home" series against kenya in england. giles clarke was quite spitefeul after what pakistani players were match fixing games last time.
goggi Posted February 3, 2013 Posted February 3, 2013 You are a bookie' date=' arent you?[/quote'] :giggle: this is the only explanation for op to promote pakistan playing in eng again
zakirdukebar27 Posted February 3, 2013 Author Posted February 3, 2013 lol me a bookie... i cudnt kill a fly...lol if the ecb wont allow it why even let us play in the ICC champions trophy in england.
Debutant Posted February 5, 2013 Posted February 5, 2013 Last time England board tried to help Pakis by hosting their home games, the ungrateful pakis accused them of match fixing. You must be dreaming that ECB is gonna make that mistake again. Not a single sane country wants pakis in their soil. So stick to deserts.
Tridibans_16 Posted February 5, 2013 Posted February 5, 2013 Seeing what happened to Pak batsmen couple of days ago, I would love to see Bhuvi rip apart them on a swinging England pitch.
Tendulkar_Bhai Posted February 5, 2013 Posted February 5, 2013 mmm some pak loving moderating going on in this thread
CSK Fan Posted February 5, 2013 Posted February 5, 2013 mmm some pak loving moderating going on in this thread Pak fans are definitely the more civilized ones here.
G_B_ Posted February 5, 2013 Posted February 5, 2013 there is bad blood between clarke and srinivasan not going to happen.
Marut Posted February 6, 2013 Posted February 6, 2013 lol me a bookie... i cudnt kill a fly...lol if the ecb wont allow it why even let us play in the ICC champions trophy in england. bookies don't kill flies, not more than anyone of us do. But fixing matches, they surely do.:winky:
