SLICKR392 Posted February 19, 2013 Posted February 19, 2013 "They [india] have been ageing and declining team, and the loss of experienced personnel - and form - by those still getting selected add up to a fall or at least a stumble on the rankings," Lawson said, pointing out the current state of the Indian side. "Definitely, we have the resources to beat India. Dhoni is under pressure after recent results and we have the upper hand in pace bowling and our batsmen are among runs," But it's not the Australians who started the duel this time. It was Harbhajan Singh who celebrated his comeback to the Indian Test side by stating, "we will show them [Australia] how to play in India". "It will be a challenging series for them and hopefully we will put them under pressure from the first day of the Test match. And we will show them how to play in India," Harbhajan said after leading Rest of India to victory in the Irani Cup match against Mumbai recently.
SLICKR392 Posted February 24, 2013 Author Posted February 24, 2013 Bhaji opens the innings -- Between overs, after that lbw appeal, there was a long chat between Wade and Harbhajan first and then Clarke, Harbhajan and Dhoni. It all ended with Clarke patting Dhoni on the back. In between Watson tried to take Wade away Clarke's a bore!
Crookbond Posted February 24, 2013 Posted February 24, 2013 Wade tries to act as a bad a---ss. He did that during the T20 with SL too. Mahela asked him to F off.
SLICKR392 Posted March 3, 2013 Author Posted March 3, 2013 Fail thread!!! Clarke is doing a bloody Mahatma!!! Bring Punter back!
Crookbond Posted March 23, 2013 Posted March 23, 2013 What was all the warning to Dhoni? Running on the pitch.
SLICKR392 Posted March 23, 2013 Author Posted March 23, 2013 "That's probably something we haven't done over the last three Test matches and I think we saw a reward for putting India under a bit of pressure. I think we do wish that we did do it earlier. That's a way that Australia plays its best cricket, when we're putting the contest to the opposition. And no matter who the opposition is, I think it works well," Lyon said. http://ibnlive.in.com/news/cricketnext/sledging-war-between-india-and-australia-at-kotla/380768-78.html
