Will Sehwag end his career with an avg < 50.

It has fallen below 50. Looks so out of shape, aimless and unmotivated. Unless he magically picks himself up, he will fail badly in this series. After that he might get dropped, or even if he retains his place no hope for him as we are touring away from SC. Really feel bad looking at his avg before we toured SA in 10-11 was around 55, now it has come down to 49.

His averags really bloated up coz of those innings on the pattas. Considering the way he has fared abroad, he was extremely lucky to have a 50+ average. It's just correcting now with the weakness in his technique ,and off late temperament, being exposed more and more.

he is sub 40 player
thats why he averages nearly 50. :cantstop: I think India should give him one final chance in the next test. Otherwise bring back Gambhir who did well the the warn ups for India A I feel being dropped might be a catalyst for a more determined Gambhir

Sehwag will finish at 45 if he plays for two more years, and at <40 if he plays for five years. For a player who has some of the fastest double and triple centuries in history, that would an anti climax. Unfortunately, it has been proved beyond doubt that his style of batting cannot be a successful batting technique.

Only places he has failed is Sa and England away. Which to be fair most batsman from the subcontinent have.

I dont believe Sehwag has the right attitude to make a U-turn in his career .... he is similar to harbhajan in his mindset and doesnot wanna do the hard yards anymore. I think its going to be a sad end to a good career ... Yes, a good career not a great career.

that was bit of an anomaly. he even averages 35 in BD does not mean he is not strong in the subcontinent. IMO 4 tests are not enough to judge Viru in NZ. The point being I dont think Sehwag is a flat track bully.

Since you have accepted Pakistan's attack is poor - Ajmal is poor than Ashwin. :hysterical:
Sami, rana naved, razzaq, kaneria and co. No test innings v Ajmal.
