Calm down now. You are over reacting here. Destroying isn't the word that should be used and some players mentioned there are hilarious & I would be glad if 'he could' destroy them. How did Dhoni 'destroy' Rayudu? Lol
by not letting him play matches. He picks mediocre players like Rohit and Jadeja who are worse

What bullcrap against STiwary. He never got out in any of his innings, has strike rate above 87. He is a genuine striker of ball n main reason for success of MIndians in its initial season n Jharkhan success in Ranji. He slapped the eff out of Steyen n other fast bowlers in IPL in first 3 seasons n was taken as a passenger with Indian team for almost half a year. N finally when he got a chance, stupid people started calling him a slogger. Now poor guy with lack of confidence changed his technique to bit more defensive n now has lost his mojo He is still thousand times better player than Jadeja
THIS :hatsoff: If STiwary had been persisted with, he could have been very similar to Raina in the finisher role. But Dhoni has thrown his career into the dump :((

Uthappa played around 40 International games and averages 27 in ODI and 18.5 in T20s, what do you suggest he should do with him ? What's the min average you expect from a specialist batsman ? Yusuf Pathan - coincidentally Yusuf's batting average is almost identical to Uthappa, and his bowling average is 41 in ODIs So are these good enough for you ? Rohit averages 30 in both format which equally sucks but that doesnt mean his selection ruined careers of the above 2
Uthappa was in the form of his life in 2010. If he had gotten chances in the team back in 2010 with his form, he would definately gotten better results than Nohit Sharma. Heck, Uthappa would probably be our #5 in the ODI lineup today. Yusuf Pathan was dropped because he had a poor series in WI, but he had a very good series in SA right before the WC. That proves that Yusuf is better on green tracks than both Nohit and Jaddu boi

I dont agree with any names on that list apart from Rahane maybe. But he is still in the squad, so probably has a chance. The newest member to the list can be Ojha if he is not picked in this series as the next home series for India is probably nearly 1 and a half years and Ojha wont be picked overseas.

uthappa's career not destroyed by anyone...circumstances were against him...sachin and sehwag were fixed openers and then came gambhir so robin didn't get proper chance as opener but he should have got second chance in odi when they tried failures like vijay continuously and then parthiv patel,rahane..They tried dinesh kartik as opener too and now rohit sharma...they will give everyone chance but not robin...its sreenivasan who is behind this..Since he came to power, robin was never there in contracted player list or t20 world cup..robin is good friend of dhoni so dhoni can't destroy his career.
