Cricketics Posted September 16, 2007 Posted September 16, 2007 its kp's fault.. if u see, kp kept looking @ the ball.. u just hit, see the fielder. and keep running.. but here, peterson kept looking towards the fielder which was ntini, and hence got run out.. no pollockz fault.. and i really enjoyed that dismisal btw.. for once tendulkar run out of kolkata 99 came in my mind too that it might have been similar, but no.. that actor deliberately came in between sachin that time, but here no fault of pollock.. its just kpz stupidity that he kept looking towards the fielder..
living Posted September 16, 2007 Posted September 16, 2007 KP was running into the stumps, not pollock's fault. I just can't stop thinking, what would happen if that would have happened to an Indian batsmen haha :hysterical:
Cricketics Posted September 16, 2007 Author Posted September 16, 2007 k.p needz to learn the basics i would say.. hit the ball, and then run rather then keep looking towards ntini.. wonder what was their why kp kept looking towards ntini.. hmm something serious here..
The Outsider Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 that actor deliberately came in between sachin that time No he did not. Akhtar came to the stumps to gather the ball. It's another matter that Tendulkar was not out because he had grounded his bat before the collision.
Mr. Wicket Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 Any youtube clips of that? Sadly, I missed it - always enjoy seeing one of the more obnoxious players in the game get out, and this (by all reports) sounds like it was hysterical.

You can check out the link for the Saf-England game Part 2 on the front page. Scroll to the first 20 seconds or so.. or just wait for it. There's no sound sadly [Edit: here's the link] http://www.dailymotion.com/swf/7w7c2DoF31CHZl7xF
living Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 haha it would be awesome if Pollock admits in his auto biography or something that he actually did it to punish the traitor :hysterical:
Anakin Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 No he did not. Akhtar came to the stumps to gather the ball. It's another matter that Tendulkar was not out because he had grounded his bat before the collision. I am not sure dude given the character or rather lack of it in chuckster.
