Thanks Dex. I always used to believe that the famed Australian team had only Martyn who was a loner. I did not know that Gilly had a feud with someone.

well ofcourse they are going to deny it now its was practically common knowledge that Gilly and Warne did not get along. just like Bedi, Gavaskar and Kapil did not get along with each other.

A certain Indian coach had got the players trained on De Bono's thinking hats concept..6 months later Indian cricket was facing its biggest crisis :winky:

Not sure if this is a sarcastic post but anyway this just further proves how professional Australian team management and captain are. They take no sh1t from players. Even during mid-series they didn't think twice before axing 2 of their top players with series on line' date=' you need players who r committed not big names who are passengers.[/quote'] :agree:

If professoonalism is about being besotted with details that the end objective is forgotten.. then these chaps are professionals. You are two down. Your objective is to atleast draw the series.

Like I said to draw series you need to have 11 committed players not 11 big names who are just here to explore India.

Two players - Warner/Hughes were asked not to play cross batted shots in the 2nd innings and yet they did AND most importantly got out. I wonder what happened to "commitment", "professionalism" and "team" there. I also question why those cricket related transgressions were taken lightly than a non-cricket one.

Talking about being professional can anyone tell me how the F is Steve Rixon a spin bowling coach? No doubt the Australian spinners don't spin the ball.
