If India wins Toss, do we bat first or bowl first against SA?

Giving South Africa the option to chase is akin to throwing in the towel.

Votes split almost 50-50 to bat first versus bowl first, and looks like MSD opted to bat. I dont think that in itself is an issue. Bigger issue is our batsmen were day dreaming and playing loose, lazy wafts today.

Same question (no poll this time): What do we do if we win the Toss in semifinal? Do we bat first or bowl first.... Post ur thoughts - any changes to your previous votes?

Dont we need to consider these also before toss decision: 1. Pitch (green, brown, blue, pink etc) 2. Injury to our players (who is fit, who is not...is YS ok, is MSD ok...they are saying they'll be fine, but we need to see) 3. Day night match (India has experience since they played today) If there is a strong opinion that pitch will assist fast bowlers early, then do we alter plans?
