NO team will bid high for every player. i do believe the wage cap ranges from 8.5 to 12.5 million USD (cant be more or less) Rajasthan have spent the lower end of that. But thats still a 4 million difference. Enough to say buy 7-8 good players. I think if its true for uncapped players then there probably will be a bidding war for somebody like Sid Trivedi.
