Apparently Sreesanth was also involved in spot fixing in IPL 2012' date=' when Rajasthan lost to delhi by a run. :hmmm:[/quote'] He never played that game. The reports on that game is on the batsman, not the bowlers.

What do you mean exactly?
Asif, Butt, Aamir were sent to jail. Here also these 3 may be tried under MCOCA and may go to jail. So I guess what he's asking is why such criminal cases were not brought against Azhar & Co ?

Well they were banned by BCCI but they were not tried in a court of law. Why?
I am no legal expert but I don't see how you can file a criminal case on betting. I will agree that the action by BCCI was a mellowed and they should've tried to pursue the case but considering the judicial system in India BCCI may have considered it as waste of resources.

Agreed. Also, I dont think we have a legal procedure in place so as to act against such cases..
