One Yelp review

Now I'm pissed. For whatever reason, Yelp will not allow this review of Amy's Baking Company to stay up. They have removed it TWICE!! I'm re-posting it because when something ILLEGAL occurs on national television, someone should speak up. YELP do you hear that? Since when is illegal activity something Yelp should conceal from their readership? It is not only immoral, but also illegal in all 50 states for management to take tips meant for their employees. In the episode (season 6, episode 16) of "Kitchen Nightmares," the owner admits ON CAMERA to taking tips meant for his employees because he states that, "I do all the work." Those who may not know of this underhanded practice may reconsider their choice of restaurant. The original reason behind Yelp was to alert the public of bad (and good) experiences with an area's merchants. Is there anyone who is willing to patronize a business that routinely cheats their employees? If the outcry I've seen drives this restaurant into bankruptcy, so be it. If these restauranteurs sue for slander, truth is an affirmative defense to slander. Watch the show. At about the 7:00 minute mark, Samy admits on camera that he takes his employees' tips. Yelp, please stop trying to hide the actions of these cretins. I've read your rules/guidelines. Churchill once said that rules were for the guidance of wise men and the blind obedience of fools.
