Debutant Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 Is that wrong? It means exactly what you have written. It doesn't mean - Dhoni did much better because Amarnath criticized him in public. He exactly meant that. His was trying to state that - Dhoni did much better because Amarnath criticized him in public. That why he wants Amarnath to criticize other non-performing players and they will also start playing well, like Dhoni. Thats why the following comment He should talk about Rohit sharma' date=' Ishant sharma, Vinay kumar, Dinda et al more.[/quote']
CSK Fan Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 Are you sure ALL selectors wanted him out.... if u say Majority den i wud tend to agree.. even dat is speculation.... i dont wanna get into Srini argument here.... BCCI presidents were, are n will be doin things dat wud benefit themselves..... Dat doesnt mean all der decisions hav proved detrimental to Team India's performance There is no argument or speculation. It was reported in all medias. And the BCCI President wouldnt have to use his veto power if decision by all selectors to throw dhoni out hadn't been unanimous. You cannot seem the simple conflict of interest where a president, who has no role as a selector, is over-ruling all selectors, to save a player, who happens to be his franchise's captain too? Ignoring such obvious conflict of interest is what got IPL to this position and is also what will take our international cricket down too!. You cannot see the harm because you are a Dhoni fan, but the day Srini used his veto power, was the day much harm was done to Indian cricket, the effects of which you will see in a couple of years down the line. Not to mention, the effects of the obvious Dhoni-Rhiti sports connection
Por Favor Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 There is no argument or speculation. It was reported in all medias. And the BCCI President wouldnt have to use his veto power if decision by all selectors to throw dhoni out hadn't been unanimous. The very same media u r quoting also said 'Jijju is Sreeshanth's cousin' n 'Bhajji n MSD conspired to get Sreeshanth arrested'. So ders no point in quotin a media source unless all 5 selector gav a PC, wic didnt happen. As per BCCI rule book, wat transpired in a selection meetin shld not be revealed in public. Moreover, if Srini is as powerful as u seems to suggest den the SouthZone selector will never go against his mite.... "I'm speculatin here jus like u".... Yes, I'm a fan of Dhoni's as much as a fan of d 10 other player hu get on the field to represent us.... I dont care wat MSD does in his personal life... All i'm worried abt is MSD performance on the field. It not my business nor anyone else to intrude in his personal life n his investments (Rhiti Sports).... If der r any irregularities den it shld be d concerned authorities hu shld take action. Ex: I'm a fan of Tiger Woods. Even though, I dont wanna discuss Srini.... the fact is, it was den BCCI Pres Pawar n Lalit Modi in 2008, hu changed BCCI's constitution to enable Srini to bid for Chennai franchise. Srini den went on frm bein d Treasurer to Pres of BCCI. Now if d same ppl come n cry 'conflict of interest' its jus absurd to say d least. So der is no point in singlin out Srini, everyone is involved.....
The Outsider Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 Hats off to people reading Por Favor's text language gibberish.

Por Favor Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 Hats off to people reading Por Favor's text language gibberish. And finally, let me be d scapegoat as u seem to run out of facts to criticise MSD.....
Sidhoni Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 and you call me a fanboy.:headshake: one performance beta one performance :finger: What one performance?
Sidhoni Posted May 30, 2013 Posted May 30, 2013 the 90+ he made. So? Didn't he average at least 3 times more than what Pujara did in South Africa? :winky:
