yoda Posted October 15, 2010 Posted October 15, 2010 I just did. However' date=' I did not spew venom like you did brah! :finger:[/quote'] Where do you get your Venom from? Milk? :hysterical: I started by saying he got a crap decision and followed it up with saying he still belongs to the test team. Yes, I don't do a daily pooja or chant Sachinaya Namaha, but there are plenty of them for that including lead Pujari Anakin. :winky:

Bublu Bhuyan Posted October 15, 2010 Posted October 15, 2010 I remember this particular innings as the most painful one I've seen of him. Easily the worst of his career. He was completely out of touch at that time.
Holysmoke Posted October 15, 2010 Posted October 15, 2010 Imagine Jadeja starts scoring 100 after 100 :hysterical:
Holysmoke Posted October 15, 2010 Posted October 15, 2010 Good players have purple patches' date=' great players have bad patches.[/quote'] Well said. :hatsoff:
King Tendulkar Posted October 15, 2010 Posted October 15, 2010 All those who critcized SRT back then are a-holes including me!! :finger: Well am gald you have recognised this. Dont worry goddy forgives you:giggle: Lesson learnt dont mess with the sachin mafia! As revnege will be served out at some point if you have attacked our boss!:ridinghorse:
Hindustani Posted October 15, 2010 Posted October 15, 2010 Tendulkar should be dropped from the test team. India were going along nicely 'til he walked in and *****ed up everything. He needs to go back to domestic cricket and play a season for Mumbai; learn how to build an innings before he costs us more matches. Lara or Ponting would never have p*ssied around for 14 runs off 2984398 balls like he did. The guy has become a total liability' date=' especially when the team needs him. Even his most ardent supporters must have smelled the coffee by now.[/quote'] :((:((:--D at the age of 37, he is the best batsmen in the world in both ODI and Test, what a performer, people came, people left but tendu is still going strong.

f.b.m Posted October 15, 2010 Posted October 15, 2010 It isnt so much that these folks really care about the Indian team winning and losing, it is just that their success metric has just one variable in it - Win/loss percentage. In their own mind, they have completely bastardized the concept of professional sports. They would have rather see a pointless an Innings and 200 run Indian win against Zim than a 2 wicket, day 5, session three loss against Australia. For them, the former is 'success', while the latter is 'failure'. Maybe, I cant pretend to know their minds. Sadly, more and more these days, a 'Loyal fan' is supposedly the one who can make the loudest cheers and take partisanship to ridiculous levels. This is the reason why more and more, we're seeing hyper-jingoism manifest itself in the form of these crude 'We will BATTEEEEEEERR them' shrills. As bad as it sounds, I prefer this to the wrist slitting that masquerades as 'objectivity'. Of course, it gets a bit ridiculous when people claim to be 'better' fans because they apparently back the right people or whatever...

For them, the former is 'success', while the latter is 'failure'. It just clearly shows they have little or no understanding of sports whatsoever, which obviously stems from the fact they have played negligible sports in their own lives. I have been pawned zillions of times. Let it go!
