The ICC investigated the case and cleared Raina. The report originated in a Paki paper Extremely cheap and shameful attempt by Bindra to drag Raina into his own turf war with Srinivasan. BTW someone should tell Bindra, Srini was not the chairman when this incident happened in 2010, Shashank Manohar was the BCCI president. The incident was concocted by a British Paper in 2010 ( and obviously Pakis jumped into it given their own problems of those times) saying Lankan board has shared footage with BCCI, both SLC and BCCI denied the incident. The paper had smartly also put in a line saying Raina was NOT suspected of involved in any wrong doing.

It is understood that under pressure from an official of Indian Board, the Sri Lanka board was made to withdraw the report.
