High blood pressure cure with homeopathy and no allopathic meds? Sounds like a fast track to multiple organ failure to me. :nice:
I've seen you here for years. You really like to act like a smartass. Who said that complete ditch your allopathy medicine? You have to transition it out slowly over years. It might even take 5-10 years to do that.

Actually it worked for my mom too. But then again, my mom is capable of making herself physically ill when she is feeling miserable. When her pet rabbit died, she literally developed diarrea for a day or two, was throwing up food and even got a fever. Then few days later, as her mood improved, like magic, her illness was gone. There are people like that who can directly affect their physiology from their mental state and for these people, the 'emotional placebo effect' of taking a medicine you think is going to work makes a huge difference. Especially for stuff like high blood pressure, which you can see noticable correlation with moods - an angry high blood pressure person will almost certainly spike in BP, the same person when feeling like life is good & everything is calm will certainly drop below their average BP. I personally think this is why 'homeopathy works' for my mom as far as hypertension goes. We make her take allopathic medication as well as homeopathic ones (the latter is her choice) and she definitely suffers from BP spikes when i cant find the re-fills in time ( its a problem in west coast).

I have seen people use Homeopathic and I have never seen it work. I was told that its very effective for skin problems so we tried that for several months because normal medication wasn't helping but 8-12 months later we just stopped as it had absolutely no affect.
Do realize that no one is putting money into Homoeopathy. There is no active research going on. This severely hurts the pathy because most of these medicines were discovered 100-200 years ago. Modern diseases will require modern medicines. In your case, your doctor problably couldn't find the right medicine. Another flaw in homeopathy is specificity of symptoms. Let's say you have a headache - http://www.abchomeopathy.com/go.php?symptoms=&s%5B0%5D=12090&no=12&resuno=12&sr=38408&disclaimed=1&Submit=Next It is BLOODY hard to pick the right medicine. This is why more research in the field would help a long way.

I like to call out frauds when I see them. Can you cure this problem of mine with homeopathy ?

It's quite far from perfect. Suffers from many flaws and is in need of lots of smart people to further improve it but I don't see that happening due to lack of research. 200-300 years ago, high blood pressure wasn't a major problem. In those times, fevers, diarrhea, infections, etc. were a bigger problem and because of that homeopathy might be better for those. Once again, more research in the field would help.

There is nothing to research, as the fundamental principle of homeopathy is false. There is no such thing as 'solute memory' in water or alcohol, its wholely based on a premise that has been proven to be false. As far as chemistry and physics go, the idea of how homeopathy works is a bit like perpetual motion machine- it is flawed and will not work. This is the same reason no one is interested in researching homeopathy- it is proven to be based on a false premise. The same reason why nobody is trying to invent a perpetual motion machine. No matter how much money and effort you sink into homeopathy or perpetual motion machine, it will not work, it cannot work and physics & chemistry dictates it wont work. Period. PS: homeopathy is most categorically not better at curing infections, diarrea, fevers etc. Allopathy is most categorically better at it. The only thing where homeopathy shows some effect is in cases that are minor viral based stuff, allergies & like.

I don't give anyone homeopathy nor do I want you to take any. It's for my personal use. Don't get so worked up, Mr. Darwin will take care of it.

Once again, that was one research paper. Stop dragging it everywhere. Another note, it's tricky business to make sense out of this phenomenon. Maybe Science hasn't caught up. Rather, it's better to look at evidence of whether it works or not. **If it doesn't make sense to you, doesn't mean its wrong.** And, don't like it, don't take it. Big whoop. I couldn't care less. I am healthy and that's all I care for. Others can do whatever they want to.

^One research paper ? WTF are you talking about. The BS that is the "logic" behind homeopathy has been discussed and destroyed 1000s of times. The BS is so bad it doesn't even deserve a research paper.

Its not about research paper, chemistry & physics categorically state the principles of homeopathy to be false. As i said, you may've had effect from it, but i garantee you it is not for anything infectious or serious and most likely in cases where the mental placibo effect is strong enough to cure symptoms.

One thing I can ASSURE you is the concept "you're just drinking water, there is nothing there" is COMPLETELY wrong. While doing this, I can tell you that the concept of "No side effects" is wrong. If you take the wrong medicine, there will be consequences. As you might know, with homeopathy, when you initially take the medicine, your disease gets worse (skin rash might get worse, BP might spike). To prove to you that's not "phhoka" water, I can give you a medicine and your condition will get so worse that you'll say why did you give this to me.

Just because people don't get it, doesn't mean it's wrong. Sure, I mentally cured my dysentery Damn, I should do this more often.

We did consult a well known doctor from dilli. As for curing skin issues, few weeks ago I was diagnosed with corn around big toe, the doctor scrapped it twice but it didnt go away and was becoming more and painful everyday so I was referred to a podiatrist and he told me that its a wart which is basically viral infection. I was pissed off at my physician for not diagnosing it so I asked him what if I didnt treat it, what would happen then? his reply is probably why homeopathy is known to work for skin issues. He said quite a lot of skin problems including corns and warts go away without any treatment but it can take years.

I am surprised your doctor even suggested homoeopathy. Most doctors don't like it. And if your point is homeopathy is all placebo, I already showed you some evidence. There is more out there, you can look it up.
