Raghav_12
Agassi always hated tennis but his Dad pushed him very' date=' very hard and made him practice extremely long hours. Read "Open" for some real insights into Agassi's development as a player...[/quote'] But that doesn't contradict with the fact that he was enormously gifted talent. bones
Darcis, the conqueror of Nadal has pulled out of the 2nd round, so this is even more brutal than initially thought. Nadal was beaten by a more injured player.

adi B
brown :hatsoff: ,brought reminiscence of S&V tennis,he`s bit like monfils and that diving volley to take the 1st set was out of this world.. a lot of players get injured or retire in the oz open and the USO but this is unusual to see in the wimby
Yoda-esque
But that doesn't contradict with the fact that he was enormously gifted talent. Ultimately what is talent? The natural flair and ability to hit the same boring shot a thousand times. Agassi was pushed into the game and did not take to it. Yes, he did the hard rounds but never really loved the game since he was coerced into it. I would call Sampras a more natural player compared to Agassi. The man switched to a single handed bh at the age of 17 and yet won a US open at the age of 19. Grass tests the natural ability and reflexes like no other and in this, nobody could match Sampras.
Yoda-esque
It takes Nadal longer to set up between two points than it does Federer to hold serve! Side by side video. Thats what longevity is all about.
