There is little doubt BCCI sucks but to be fair this isn't really the rainy season in most of India and a lot of the rains have been unseasonal. (Cue for CC to give a discourse on global warming). Moreover, indoor cricket sucks. Would make the game even more uniform. The occasional washed out ODI is not that big a price to pay. Obviously, with the amount of money these guys have they should invest in superb drainage facilities like the one we saw at Lords.
