jf1gp_1
y so much hatred??? hes been playing so well.. n y wud u want him to suck?? I dont hate him but here is the thing; he is 27+ and when players like gambhir and rao are picked yrs before you, then you will suck against aussies. Anyways all the best to Badrinath; prove me wrong and ill be more than happy. Link to comment

jf1gp_1
go ask the slectors.. Badri has much better stats than the other 2.. thtsy they both sucked and havent been the permanent member in the team see i am going by whats happened in past. except for robin singh (in ODIs) cant think of any other 27+ player who made debut/return and made a place for himself in Indian team. Ganguly was 23 when he returned and Banger only last a year or so but there is a list of players who failed starting with Khurasia. Link to comment
Gaurav
Why is it always sachin sachin sachin....i can see reason in dropping someone who made 0' date='3,15 etc..but a guy making 45 and 75, u want to drop him. So non performers can still stay but the best ODI batsmen of our team cannot. Thank god ur "advice" never reaches the team management[/quote'] :two_thumbs_up: Link to comment

But Sachin was in clear discomfort yesterday towards the end of his innings, and didn't even come to field. And I'd like him to be rested from these ODIs, because in no circumstances do I want him to miss a single test match coming. I tried to find out what exactly had happened to him and this is what I found: Sachin strains knee On a rather unfortunate note, Tendulkar strained his knee en route to his 79 and didn't come out to field. "He has a mild knee strain, which will be assessed tomorrow. He should be fine," Indian team physiotherapist John Gloster told a bunch of anxious press people. This is in the HT newspaper and the note I gave you above is from the e-paper. Hence I can't provide you the link. Link to comment
King
I'm glad we are seeing some new faces tried out in the ODIs. I still think ODIs are a burden for the likes of Rahul, Tendulkar and Ganguly. After the ODI series against Pakistan they should rest their feet a bit. Link to comment
