If they are tainted (Dawood, al-qaeda connection), I wouldn't want to use them. Please keep this to the subject without digressing to religion debate. Your policy of boycotting brands/products that have a tainted background is unsustainable. Almost EVERY product/service that you use , will have a controversial background to it. I don't go for Tommy Hilfiger/martha Stewart etc unless I can't get anything else. But for matters related to terrorism/Dawood, I draw darker lines, a strict no-no for me. Yes you heard me right, go ahead and use it. Look at it this way. A lot of US companies were in part held by mafia from 30 to mid 80s. It was all shady deal at the beginning but once they started making a lot of money(Vegas casinos or Hollywood movie studios are good example), the only way out was to get legitimate or run into serious tax issues. So now you have the exact same companies all 100% legitimate. The more Jet Airways make money the more would be the chances for them to become a Public company as against a Privately owned one(which they are now). Once that happens D company is Bye Bye. Indian Airline Industry does have had mafia connections in the past.
