Technical, mental, physical and tactical aspects of pace bowling are covered, plus work on actions for injury prevention, video assessments, how to develop your speed and guidance on taking more wickets. We have to track which of the existing pacers train here. Hopefully, the names of some new quick pacers will come to the fore. As Pont teaches accuracy too ,and most of his wards bowl with control, that could be an added plus.
