BBM comes to mind. They lost it there too. They should have made BBM free and available across the board 3 years ago. Now there are superior apps with giant user base in existence.

But even then 100 seem plenty. Do these txts roll over? like for say, you use only 20 today, can you roll over the remaining 80?
