Beat Sri Lanka twice, Aus, SA, WI, Pak and England in ENGLAND. Beat WI and Sri Lanka in WI after losing 1st two games - great fight back from India Beat Zimbabwe in Zimbabwe 5-0, first time to have such a clean sweep. Other teams like Pak have been beaten in ODIs and Tests in Zim. Aus series was terrible for its flat pitches and inflated scores but the WI series was better, especially the last ODI i think where the ball was doing a bit and dhawan scored a 100. We are number 1, but this is our first outing in SA. We don't have a captain who backs his bowlers to take wickets > so he uses part timers and lets the opposition settle > offsets rhythm in actual bowlers who then get hit (yadav final over) > increases target and puts pressure on batsmen > play stupid shots. Point is, we have things to fix but that doesn't take away from what we've done overseas this year.
