Bumper Posted October 18, 2007 Posted October 18, 2007 Yeah' date=' it doesn't look bad. For the mediocre ODI team that we are we managed to challenge the Australians in 3 out of 6 games and win 2 of them. T[b']he maulings were expected as well given the gap between the two sides. The only game we got mauled was in the 5th ODI, when they knocked the target off in 25 overs. By Aussie standards the rest were big victories, not maulings.

gs Posted October 18, 2007 Posted October 18, 2007 Could have been 3-3 if not for the Dravid-Ganguly brainfart!
yoda Posted October 18, 2007 Posted October 18, 2007 How could we have beaten them in the matches we were outplayed in? by not being outplayed? :haha:
Chandan Posted October 18, 2007 Posted October 18, 2007 Could have been 3-3 if not for the Dravid-Ganguly brainfart! That was Dravid-Yuvraj-Sree floundering it!!
dvs7673 Posted October 18, 2007 Posted October 18, 2007 I agree, nobody expected India to win against the Aussies, India are ranked behind all major teams in the rankings, even below england wqhich by the way is now a very good ODI team.
living Posted October 18, 2007 Posted October 18, 2007 I'm not happy I wanted 3-3 The 6th ODI was DISSAPOINTING
