Delhi govt. has no say even over 1 constable in Delhi. The anarchist CM's symbolic protest achieved ghanta... He escaped somehow... The violent protest was also a sham with gullible public takers for a ride and causing so much problem for 1000s of commuting public... Oh come of it. The problem was caused thanks to Shinde closing down metro stations needlessly other than that what problem to 1000's lol ? The protest was held in area which is mostly VIP anyway. And AAP exposed Congress/BJP for their double standards on giving full statehood to Delhi. They promise in Manifesto time and again and then make silly and lame excuses.

If Lok Sabha elections are held at this point of time, the Samajwadi Party, Bahujan Samaj Party and the Congress will face sever setback from the BJP. According to ABP News-Nielsen survey which took place between December 28, 2013-January 12, 2014, BJP is predicted to win 35 seats (out of 80) while it won only 10 seats in 2009. The BJP is the biggest gainer with 15 per cent more votes and is expected to get 32 per cent votes. The party is definitely gaining from Modi for a better harvest. Samajwadi Party which had won 23 seats earlier is likely to win only 14 this time. Mulayam Singh’s party’s is witnessing a dip in vote share (16 per cent) by around 7.5 per cent votes. They are not fighting any elections and even this leave is paid. 2) Police officers didn't act despite complaints from residents and proofs in form of sting for months. And in the other case it's a more symbolic step due to rape that happened in open. 3) Police officers can influence probe sitting on top of evidence. Whether he is minister or not is irrelevant to probe. Simple logic. Btw, aur bhi gam hain zamane mein siwaye ek minor incident ke. So let me get this straight. A police inspector and constable can influence evidence but a law minister can't do the same by intimidating evidence ?

The protest vote tired of all of this and looting/gunda raj will come to AAP if it is able to get sufficient cadre strength and organization in such short time. How much it will be anybody's guess but it's quite tough. Western UP was AAP's best bet but due to Muzaffarnagar now it's polarized.

Evidence in this case are the locals themselves and he is MLA from there. SHO had the concerned officials giving testimony reporting to him directly. I am not exactly sure what he is accused of anyway ? Obstruction of justice at best or the protest type charges of incitement.

Beyond that Areas bordering Delhi in UP. Noida/Ghaziabad etc.... And Goa, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune and few more parts of Maharasthra. Need to concentrate on these areas properly. Then Ilyaz Azmi has area of strength in 1 seat in UP. Jamshedpur MP Ajay Kumar may also join leaving JVM.
