I got to say if it was not for the Mumbai attacks a lot of these B rate aussies would never even make the IPL let alone and would be replaced by Pakistanis. Even domestic Pakistanis would be better players of spin that this lot. We need to stop this fixation over everything australia in t20 cricket. (A) They have not won the WC T20 ever (B) Their rankings have never been high © Why are there so many Aussie coaches? in the IPL Its sad to see somebody like Alex Hales not make any franchise. The IPL is worse without him.

Switchblade Posted March 30, 2014 Posted March 30, 2014 Warner has done well in T20's plus was good for Delhi team as well but Bailey really struggled in IPL in 2010 but a good 7 match series did the trick for him so he was picked if I remember correctly even in the last T20 WC edition apart from one half century in a losing cause against Westindies he did nothing against Pakistan when he got his chance.
Switchblade Posted March 30, 2014 Posted March 30, 2014 Some one like Dan Christian who became a millionare in 2011 auction was just :facepalm: and Greg Shipphard completely screwed the Delhi team by picking noobs like Birt,Wade,Finch who at that time was ordinary plus James Hopes was picked and match winners were allowed to go was disappointing.
