Pakistan are actually a decent enough team to support sometimes, or at least they have been in the years gone by. The main problem with Pakistan doing well is more because a lot of their fans are incredibly ignorant, stupid and arrogant than anything else. The hate is not for the team per se. Take a look at blokes like iconoclast who spout rubbish as if their team is winning everything left, right and centre. There are also some good blokes like utalk but they are in the minority. With SL, not only are the fans incredibly stupid, their team plain and simple sucks. FTB batsmen, spinners who blatantly chuck and the Colombo cycles they call phast bowlers make them a very boring side. Add their cheating and whinging and you can see why one would want their team to lose.

SL has been doing really well in ICC tournaments. Got to finals in 2007, 2011 WC and finals in 2009, 2012 and 2014 WT20 . Dont behave like a douche.

Outside of these tournaments, they have a rubbish ODI side and a poor test team that let 300 runs be scored in a session; haven't won an away test series in well over a decade excluding minnows. Making semis and finals of a tournament means jack if you don't win.

Their previous away series win against a non minnow was in 2000. Since then they have been on a 14 year exile. SL is the worst team among test playing nations.
