From Indian test team's perspective both Dhoni and Fletcher should step down from their position, Dhoni should stay as keeper but his captaincy is proving to be a curse for a side which struggles to take 20 wts. The batting is not bad but no matter what you do a side which fails to take 20 wkts cannot entertain thoughts of winning.
