saneindian Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 In last two years Aus have a W/L record of 10 wins and 9 losses! ratio of 1.11 SA have 11 wins and 3 losses, ratio of 3.66 Yet Aus are number 1 , SA no 2. Similarly India has 9 wins and 4 losses, ratio of 2.25 Pakistan has 3 wins and 7 losses, ratio of 0.42 India no 5, Pak above us at 4. Very strange ratings.
Malcolm Merlyn Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 Our board is foolish.Every team is playing 2 test series at home and 2 away while we are hardly playing anything at home.Bcci must strike a balance between home and away. Pakistan hasnt won a series in almost 3 years.But we lost points by losing to NZ who were far below us in rankings.
