It's not as cool as it sounds. It's good for visitors tho. We don't come here to fight them, we want their business. It would just be bad business to confront them.

But it is not so in America. You don't need more than 3 generations to completely flip the tables. As Tolstoy (IIRC) once said, ' a little revolution, now and then, is a good thing'. In America, the aftereffects of slavery are mostly gone in the economic sense of the way. However, the social effects of seggregation is still very much there because seggregation only ended in vast parts of the states in 1960s. That means practically every black person over the age of 50 was alive when segreggation was still in effect, so virtually every 60 year old has memory and recollection of experincing it. This is the best case scenario, because in reality, such racism is still evident in many places. America is a very rich and powerful nation but it is also obviously very broken as a country. The sad thing is, black people often assume by default that we are racists (which TBH, many of us are) or are simply mad that we have better opportunities afforded to us despite being foreigners- which is a common theme amongst the underclass of any nation- they always hate the successful foreigners. In US, a significant part of this underclass happens to be of black origin.
